Brand Foundations: From Name to Identity

When Dawne approached me, Soul Flow Healing was still solidifying its identity.

The work began before design.

We clarified:

  • The emotional tone of conscious breathwork

  • The balance and movement of the type of breath she works with

  • The difference between yoga offerings and breathwork facilitation

  • The long-term vision for retreats and corporate expansion

Even the name “Soul Flow Healing” was explored intentionally — ensuring it reflected both spiritual depth and accessible wellness positioning.

This foundation informed everything that followed.

Logo Exploration & Direction

Three completely distinct logo directions were developed — each representing a different strategic interpretation of the brand:

  1. A grounded, breath-centered minimal mark

  2. A softer, feminine and organic direction

  3. A more structured, elevated identity balancing flow and authority

The final direction (concept three) was selected and refined.

It brought together:

  • Fluidity and movement

  • Grounded symmetry

  • Calm but confident typography

  • Scalability across digital and print

This was not just aesthetic — it was positioning.

The final logo reflects a practitioner who is both heart centered and professionally established.

Brand Application & Positioning

Beyond the logo, the brand system supported:

  • Workshop and retreat promotion

  • Corporate wellness positioning

  • Event marketing

  • Social media consistency

  • Website alignment

The visual identity had to feel soulful without appearing unstructured — a balance critical for attracting both individual clients and corporate partnerships.

Soul Flow Healing — Brand Creation & Website Rebuild

Website Rebuild & Structural Evolution

The original website had been built on Squarespace but lacked clarity, hierarchy, and scalability.

Rather than patching the existing framework, we rebuilt the site from a fresh Squarespace foundation to support the next stage of the brand’s growth.

As Dawne’s offerings expanded — including international retreats, local events, and corporate wellness packages — the original structure no longer supported the breadth of her work.

This allowed for:

  • Clear separation of breathwork, yoga, and corporate services

  • Structured event architecture

  • Streamlined booking pathways

  • Mobile-optimized layouts

  • Simplified backend editing so Dawne can independently update events and more

  • Domain transfer and clean relaunch

The new site supports:

  • Local sessions in Aylmer, Quebec

  • International and destination retreat offerings

  • Corporate wellness packages for organizations

Results & Impact

  • Stronger brand authority

  • Clear differentiation of services

  • Elevated corporate positioning

  • Scalable event structure

  • Confidence in global expansion

  • Client autonomy in managing her own content

What began as brand clarification became a full digital evolution.
