Maya Luna — Packaging Design to Full Website Rebuild
My collaboration with Maya Luna began with a focused packaging design project for their Sun Lite microdosing capsules, and organically evolved into a complete website glow-up and rebuild as their brand and offerings expanded.
Working closely with founders Rachel and Jay, I helped translate their ceremonial, heart-centered brand into cohesive digital and product experiences. Designing the packaging for Maya Luna’s Sun Lite capsules was a rewarding and fast-paced project that blended elegance with functionality. Working with assets supplied by the client, I refined layout, colour balance, and geometric background elements to enhance the gold typography and ensure strong visual harmony and print legibility.
A key contribution was recreating the central capsule and mushroom illustration as a clean, scalable vector in Illustrator, based on an AI-generated concept provided by the client. This allowed the final artwork to print crisply while aligning seamlessly with the brand’s aesthetic.
As their business grew, the project expanded into a full website rebuild. Rather than patching their existing setup, we rebuilt the site on a fresh WordPress installation, providing improved performance, scalability, and long-term flexibility.
The new website integrates:
• Elementor Pro page builder for flexible content management
• WooCommerce e-commerce setup for product sales
• Custom sacred geometry and textured visual elements throughout the site
• Iconography and branded digital assets for events and offerings
• Optimized layouts for storytelling, ceremonies, and product education
The goal was to create an immersive yet easy-to-navigate experience that reflects Maya Luna’s ceremonial work while supporting real-world business needs like product sales, event promotion, and future expansion.
What began as packaging design ultimately became a long-term digital foundation the brand can continue to grow with.
