Jessy is a Certified Herbalist, Sylvotherapist, and Reiki Practitioner whose work bridges ancestral plant medicine with gentle energy work. Joining Deaken Design Studio through a warm referral, Jessy was operating entirely without a website—sharing her handcrafted remedies through word-of-mouth and local farmers markets.
She needed a complete digital debut: an authentic online apothecary to showcase her handcrafted small-batch remedies, alongside a seamless booking experience for in-studio, mobile in-home, and remote distance Reiki clients across Canada.
Working with Jessy was a deeply collaborative journey rooted in reverence for the earth. We established an aesthetic that feels organic and restorative, pairing botanical tones with warm golden sunlight and soft leaf shadows. Because her remedies are crafted slowly using organic oils, wildcrafted herbs, and tallow, each product page was designed to highlight pure ingredients and intentional self-care rituals. Following the launch, I visited Jessy at her local farmers market booth to experience her products firsthand—her velvety Earthen Whip Body Butter, Wild Glow Face Cream, and elderberry syrups affirmed the heart behind her business: luxurious, deeply nourishing botanical care priced accessibly on purpose.
The new Squarespace website integrates a custom 16-product e-commerce shop alongside an automated Acuity Scheduling system with custom safety intake questionnaires, travel radius parameters, and client confirmation workflows.
